Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CCVI Intelligence System ("CCVI Platform," "Platform," or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Crypto Capital Venture Intelligence, LLC regarding use of the Platform, and supersede any other agreements or understandings.

2. Eligibility and User Representations

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the CCVI Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are of legal age (18+);
  • You have not been previously suspended or removed from using the Platform;
  • You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of any country under U.S. sanctions or embargo;
  • You have full power and authority to enter into these Terms;
  • You are not on any government watchlist or sanctions list.

3. Platform Purpose - No Financial Advice

The CCVI Platform provides crypto market intelligence, risk metrics, exit planning tools, on-chain data, and other analytics for informational purposes only. Nothing provided through the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Crypto Capital Venture Intelligence, LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial advisor. You are solely responsible for evaluating your own investments and risks. Always consult your own licensed professional before making any investment decisions.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Keep your login credentials confidential;
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.

5. Memberships, Fees, and Taxes

Access to certain features may require a paid membership. Membership fees are outlined on the CCVI website and may be subject to change. All transactions are final, and payments are nonrefundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchases.

6. International Use and Voluntary Access

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for complying with all local laws, and you acknowledge that U.S. laws govern your use.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
  • Share, distribute, or copy CCVI content without permission;
  • Interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Platform;
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content;
  • Access or use the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, data, materials, designs, tools, trademarks, and services on the Platform are owned by Crypto Capital Venture Intelligence, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform without express written permission.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crypto Capital Venture Intelligence, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The CCVI Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Capital Venture Intelligence, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

12. Disclosure to Legal Authorities

We may disclose your information to law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with legal obligations.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, interruptions of Internet services, or power outages.

14. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.

15. Independent Contractor

You and Crypto Capital Venture Intelligence, LLC are independent parties. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and CCVI.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

17. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.

18. Zero AI User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Zero AI ("Zero"), an AI-powered informational tool provided within the Crypto Capital Venture Intelligence ("CCVI") platform. By accessing or using Zero, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

18.1 Terms of Use

You agree to use Zero AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You will not misuse or attempt to circumvent the intended functionality of Zero. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell Zero's outputs or underlying technology;
  • Using Zero to generate or disseminate unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or misleading information;
  • Exploiting any vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access to CCVI systems or user data.

We reserve the right to monitor usage, investigate any suspected violations, and suspend or terminate your access to Zero at our sole discretion.

18.2 Disclaimer

Zero AI is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute financial, legal, investment, tax, or professional advice of any kind. You acknowledge that:

  • Zero's outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
  • All outputs are generated by an AI system that may produce unexpected or incorrect results ("hallucinations").
  • You are solely responsible for verifying any information generated and for all decisions you make based on such information.

You agree not to construe any output as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, or to engage in any financial strategy.

18.3 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to Zero, including but not limited to its software, algorithms, training data, and generated content, are owned by Crypto Capital Venture Intelligence.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the outputs for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not publish, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the outputs for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

18.4 Privacy & Data

By using Zero, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your personal and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may collect and store:

  • User interactions with Zero;
  • Usage logs, including timestamps and query data;
  • Technical information to improve system performance.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

18.5 Beta Notice

Zero AI is currently provided as a beta version, which means it is still in active development and testing. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Features, functionality, and performance may change without notice;
  • Outputs may be unreliable or temporarily unavailable;
  • There may be bugs, interruptions, or unexpected behavior.

We make no guarantees regarding the availability or accuracy of Zero during the beta period.

18.6 No Warranties

Zero is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Crypto Capital Venture Intelligence disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

18.7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto Capital Venture Intelligence, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, arising from your use of or reliance on Zero AI, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise.

If we are found liable despite this limitation, our aggregate liability will not exceed the total amount you have paid to use Zero (or, if none, $0).

18.8 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crypto Capital Venture Intelligence, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of Zero;
  • Your violation of this Agreement;
  • Your reliance on any output generated by Zero.

18.9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules held in Florida. Each party will bear its own costs, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

18.10 Updates

We may update or revise this Agreement at any time, and will provide notice by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of Zero after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

18.11 User Acknowledgement

By using Zero, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including all disclaimers, limitations, and policies. If you do not agree, do not use Zero.
